Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment from Monday to Friday. Custom wigs and specialty items require a processing time of 10-21 days before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after receiving your tracking information. Important Shipping Details:

  • Signature Requirement: Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue arises, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. All packages are insured, and additional insurance can be purchased at checkout.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with international shipments.

Zero Tolerance for Credit Card Fraud

We take fraud prevention seriously. By making a purchase on our site, you agree that you are the authorized user of the payment method used at checkout. Any fraudulent activity will be reported and turned over to a collection agency.

Returns & Refunds

  • Incorrect Address: If you enter an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend your package.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available within 48 hours of receiving your package. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please email thesaskbeauty@gmail.com for return requests.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
